Delivery & Refund Policy

DELIVERY

How orders are processed.

 

Orders received before 10:30am will be processed the same working day.

Orders received after 10:30am will be processed the next working day.

Delivery can take up to five working days depending on your order.

We only delivery Monday – Thursday, so orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched Monday for delivery Tuesday, (with the exception personalised cakes).  

 

When will I receive my order?

 

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days using An Post or a courier service unless otherwise stated.

Orders shipped with our courier are delivered within 1-3 business days. AnPost delivery is dependent on delays and the area, however the majority of areas deliver within two business days. This timescale can vary dependent on delays and can take up to 10-14 days should there be delays.

A confirmation dispatch email is sent once the order ships, courier delivery will include a tracking number.

 

Can I receive my package next day or same day delivery?

Depending on the product, we may be able to do next day delivery. Unfortunately, same day delivery is not available.

 

What are your shipping costs?

​

Depending on the weight of the order, shipping costs can vary from €4.50 - €10.00.  

Shipping costs outside of Ireland can vary depending on destination and size of order. Standard shipping rates will show at checkout; however, we can advise upon receipt of your order. Please email us for details.

 

 

Can a Birthday Cake be delivered?

​

Birthday cakes are made by order, please allow a minimum of seven days to order your cake including delivery times.

Before ordering a birthday cake, ensure we have sufficient time to deliver in time for the birthday date.

 

Do you offer Collection?

​

Local Collection is available at one of our market locations. Please email us for details.
Select collection at checkout and then email us with your order number.

I haven't received my order!

​

Should you not receive an order dispatched by our Courier within 2/3 days of dispatch please consult the tracking information provided. Should the delivery not be updated please contact the courier company for an update and advice. We can request an update also, if the delivery is marked as delivered and you have not received the delivery, please contact the courier company immediately and they will be able to consult with the driver.

If your order has been shipped via An Post and not been received within 10-14 days of dispatch please contact us at bonapet3t@gmail.com. An Post orders can take 7-20 days to be received.  Should an item not be received after 28 days a refund will issue, (less postage costs), or alternatively a replacement sent.

 

Special deliveries

Delivery days exclude weekends and Bank Holidays.

Weekend and timed deliveries are available at an extra cost when requested.

REFUNDS POLICY

​

DAMAGED ITEMS

All orders that we deliver are wrapped in order to minimise the likelihood of damage during transit. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item on your order, please contact us within 24 hours of your delivery and we will be happy to arrange a refund* of the item at the earliest convenience.

If there is anything wrong with the items once they have been received, we request that you contact us within 24 hours of the consignment being signed for so that we can rectify the problem.

* some conditions might be taken into account before proceeding with a refund.

 

Refunds conditions:

​

1) Item has been received damaged and/or unfit for consumption

2) Product is spoiled, mouldy and dangerous for consumption

3) Wrong product has been dispatched.

Please note that for items spoiled and/or unfit for consumption, a picture of the items within 7 days from dispatched to delivery need to be taken as proof of damage.
